THE BASICS:

Attendance - How many classes have you missed?   I don't think I have missed any classes this semester.
Did Not Participate (DNP) - How many classes have you not participated in?  I have participated in all classes so far!
No Strip (NS) - How many times have you forgotten / not changed into gym strip? I bring PE strip every class.

How have the above most basic parts of coming to PE affected your ability to participate in PE so far this semester? The have not really affected my ability to participate because none of those things apply to me. I feel I'm doing a good job on the basics of PE.

PARTICIPATION:

How would you rate the intensity of your participation on fitness day?   On regular classes? On fitness days I would say I'm usually an 8/10 and on regular classes also an 8/10, it's hard to really get going in PE but it's one of my goals to be a leader so I will try my best to do better.
Provide a specific example of a class (or two) that you are proud of your participation.  Why? I am proud of my participation during choice because no one wants to step up and organize the sport and I used that as a chance to be a leader and get things going.
In what ways could you improve? I could improve my intensity.

OTHER CONTRIBUTIONS:

What are your best attributes in PE? My best attributes are being a leader and a friendly person who gets everyone involved.
What type of energy do you bring to class? I believe I bring a positive and upbeat energy to class.
What can you do to make the class better for you and others? Being an athlete I think having some competition during fitness and other activities would make class better for me.

  1. Good post Jasi - I think that you do bring an friendly, positive energy to class which is great. PE should be fun and you help contribute to that. Keep up the great work.
